Wind and Weeds
The day we visited Door County, Wisconsin the wind over Lake Michigan was at least 35 MPH and this weed was carving itself into the sand dune. What an interesting carving of life.

That is incredible. What a gorgeous texture this makes. I love the way the weed has created part of a circle.

It was so hard to hand hold still in the wind and capture the texture in the sand. If you could see it up close it is as if each grain is a piece of colored glass. Thanks for your comments. Mary Ann
