Like the shards of a shattered window,
    Coming together, combined as one.
Time stands still. Reverses. Reverses again,
Heat at the point of contact. Passion, pleasure, fun.

All the lights are dancing. Invincible,
My face feels hot, my clothes feel tight.
    Invisible hands hold my body
    Confident, held still and upright.

Time has no meaning in halls of white
The beat has no context, yet carries meaning
I close my eyes and I’m flying, I see the stars
I blink and it changes, I must be dreaming.

As time flies by, the room gets hazy,
    Elation, suspense, comfort, amazing.
    Frozen snapshots, Polaroid memories,
I close my eyes, the beat is fading.
