Artist's Description

“Sight”

The watchful understand nature’s power
And treasure in its peaceful touch

In the passage of a moment the vision comes
The essence of life in all living things

Grounded by the warmth of the sun
Calmed by the patter of the rain

The music of the birds by day
The shrill of the crickets at sunset

There is no loneliness in this solitude
The whispers of the breeze befriends

Seek the comfort of earthly embrace
There is no greater guiding force

And those that are blinded along the way
Need only to rest briefly in the sunshine

And when they come and ask of you
Give them sight through nature’s enduring kiss

The power that presents such creations
Resides within these masterful works

A special thank you to my creative co-collaborator Lilith. For this, another magnificent work of art. She was a tremendously talented photographer. She passed away in July of 2013. I still miss her…
