Willow Rest. What better way to enjoy cool in summer than to grow accross the water. A special hiding place for water foul and other birds of the lake.
I have grown to love the Willow trees at Lake Weeroona in Bendigo. (Australia) Ever changing as their leaves go yellow in Autumn and drop off in winter, they have a unique character on the lake which gives ever changing imagery. I have enjoyed turning these trees to black and white or adding tone and adding layers of texture, some of them look like worked drawings or prints. An unending source of creativity.
