Entrenched Living : Rocks at Melville
Melville Caves in Central Victoria is a very unusual elevated landmark. The rocks present a great walking/climbing area and lead to a lookout over miles of bushland. The rocks hold crevices that can be climbed through including a climb through the worm which is a long thin tunnel which has no light through the climb.
I liked the way the trees cast shadows on the rocks and hugged to them as well. I liked the pre-historic feeling and ruggedness.
I am reminded of dinosaurs, crocodiles, lizards and snakes. I am reminded that in the bible God is spoken of as God the father and as the creator of the Universe, I meditate on the maleness of creation as in contrast to the watering down of his nature through other terms such as “mother earth”

must be incredible to go to Central Australia
Thanks Saxon, actually this spot is in Central Victoria. (my mistake I’ve changed it now). Australia has so much variety in the landscape, its rather amazing really.
