I received an email from Ballarat with some basic schedule info.
I arrive in Australia on Wednesday September second..

Preliminary schedule is that someone will meet you at the airport and bring you to Ballarat-September 2nd.
To date we have you slated for the 2 days of the portfolio reviews – Thurs and Friday,-Thursday 3rd and Friday the 4th.
and attendance at the official opening Friday evening-Septmeber 4th..

On Saturday, the 5th, lunchtime we would like you to do a 45 minute seminar presentation on your work
[90 seat theatre] if you can bring presentation materials on a laptop would be good [Let us know
which platform] or files on a thumb drive or similar and we will supply computer.

On Sunday, September 6th, late afternoon we have scheduled a ‘meet the artist’ for yourself and Samantha Everton [who is sharing the gallery]
in your exhibition space. It will be an invitation only event, so if you have names you would like added to the list let me know.

Then midweek there will probably be a couple of artist floor talks to school groups.

And of course, our publicist Fiona will schedule as many media opps as we can fit in while you are here.
