At first this looked like a person shouting his/her rage & triumph out to the heavens, but then I decided I was wrong, the colors were all wrong. Then, I thought it looked like a singer on stage, with that last trembling note hanging on the air…....so…..

I chose opera.

The term “bel canto” generally refers to an Italian vocal style of the the late 18th century, where use of a light tone in the higher registers and agile and flexible delivery were common in the operas of that period.

    Thanks Joyce, I’m glad you like this hon ! hug As for the colors, they actually kind of chose themselves as this was the first gradient I tried & they were so perfect I just went for it. :-) Later on I got curious & tried different palettes out & nothing worked, it was terrible. I was finally able to get 2, but nothing like these colors, not even close. Not with that transparency.

    How great ! That’s what I love about abstracts & fractals, so many people see so many different things but my very first impression… & my lasting impression, was & still is.. of a person. Head back, face up, arms flung wide with whatever wild emotion is riding them…. You know ?
