Seagrass Horizon
This was rendered in a large enough size for prints, but to my eye it came out looking “rough” ... though it smoothed out beautifully when I resized it smaller.
So until I can get it looking better I am only offering this as a card.
Rendered in Apophysis 2.07
Lauren
Edit Thanks to Buddy Sears & his new Pixel Terminator I’m now able to put this up as a print. Thanks Buddy !!

Thanks lareejc ! I’m glad you liked this, actually these colors were the only ones it really liked so I gave in & left them alone after a while. ;-) And thank you for the fave too, I really appreciate that !!

You’re so good at whispering Lauren…So many movements and patterns, and yet it’s restful to the eyes. Lovely shades of colours on this. :)

All I can say is WOW! I just love the monotones with the pattern. Just lovely.
Lauren Zorn in reply to Patricia L. Ballard’s comment, 2 months ago
Thanks Pat ! I kept trying different colors with this but everything just looked garish & gaudy to me so I just kind of stayed with the soft greens. I’m really glad you liked it ! ;-)

I just looked at this piece again. It has a 19th century Pre-Raphaelite quality to the leaves.
Lauren Zorn in reply to Patricia L. Ballard’s comment, 2 months ago
Wow Pat, what a wonderful thing to say ! Thank you again hon ! I was actually pretty lucky about that, I was able to get that smooth look when I resized the fractal which made me very happy.

Fabulous! The interweaving, and the center light, the subtle colors.

Beautiful Lauren

This is a lovely image, Lauren…it reminds me so much of the beautifully decorative wallpapers and fabrics designed early last century. It’s bugging me that I can’t remember the artist’s name…keep on thinking William Blake, but I know for sure it wasn’t him, just can’t get his name out of my mind…hope you know who I’m trying to say?
It’s beautiful :-)

You’re right Chris, this does kind of look like an old fashioned wallpaper design, doesn’t it ? It also reminded me of painted tile, but maybe that’s just me. ;
) Anyway, thanks alot for taking a look, I really appreciate it. ;)
