Great Blue Heron
This beautiful Great Blue Heron was captured at Shark Valley, Florida. It is a spectacular place to capture pictures of alligators, snakes and birds, in their natural settings. It is at the north end of the Everglades National Park.

I don’t think that wildlife photography can get much better than this. I would sure like to know what lens you shot this with. The clarity is exceptional and the pose is optimum in a very natural setting. I am asssuming that you were in a boat of some sort. This is really, really good stuff.
