A forest fire in the Rocky Mountains near Loveland, Colorado provides this sunset with the dirty reddish hues as the sun permeates the smoke.
The shot follows tracks of the Great Western Railway through the heart of town.

Thanks Jules.. smoke from fires are great for sunset light.. true that it’s sad. I think six homes were lost. A few miles further south near Boulder, CO.. the “Four Mile Fire” around 160 homes and buildings were lost.
This is so beautiful… funny how an ugly situation can make foe something beautifu at the same time huh…?
