Ben Nevis Waters
Taken at the foot of Ben Nevis, the tallest mountain in Britain.
The mountain is often swathed in clouds, assuring a torrent of water rushes down its flank and into this stream. Crossing Nevis Waters is dangerous – as borne out by the surprising number of people who slip while attempting to walk across the face of the mountain and are swept away.
Taken on Kodachrome 400 Colour Reversal film, using a Ricoh XRP camera and Rikenon lens.

There is so much to look at in this photo! Contrasts in texture and colour are amazing. I can almost hear the water rushing on its way!
