Profile
I was born in Casper, Wyoming; I’ve lived in Thermopolis, Lander and Cheyenne. We moved from Cheyenne when I was 14 here to Oregon. I have 3 boys and 1 girl – all grown and I’m grandma to 3 natural grandchildren and grandma (so far) to 8 foster children, who some have come and gone. My husband and I work for Hop Brokers. He buys hops both here in Oregon and Idaho, so I get to travel quite frequently to Idaho. I have always enjoyed taking pictures; even as a child when I came across my mothers kodak box camera (umpteen years ago!) I wasn’t able to take as many as I wanted throughout the years because the cost of 35mm film and developing. My husband gave me a canon digital camera for X-MAS 4 years ago (I’ve updated since) and I cannot believe how much I’ve learned about picture taking! How enjoyable, time consuming – and how irritating to my family that MOM is forever living with a camera in her hands – literally!
