Aaaggh the “seemingly effortless”. Im missing my watercolour paints after spending a week trying to paint Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring. I dont think Im going finish it!
Anyhow, glad you like this painting. Sadly the lady painted here died recently. So its a fitting tribute to a vibrant and friendly woman.
