The new ‘eco-surrealist’ art mixes subconscious dream images of traditional surrealism (e.g. Magritte, De Chirico, Ernst, Dali, Tanguy, Picasso) with contemporary ‘green consciousness’ social activism themes, and nature mysticism approaches to spirituality.
