Flower Heart Mandala
A Mandala is a circular form which represents wholeness. It helps connect us to the universe by reminding us that everything is connected.
This is a flower mandala created using the heart shape. In the middle is a sun flower – created by the negative shapes of the hearts.
I created the original artwork using chalk pastels and gouache.
In this version, I have used the wonders of technology to reproduce the same image a couple of times in the centre of the circle – therefore echoing the geometry and resonance of the form.
Meditative and vibrant, this image is designed to be uplifting and inspiring.
