Focussing on work which is uplifting and inspiring is what is making me – and hopefully my viewers happy.
Over the years I’ve worked in art, theatre, television and events – in a variety of media and disciplines including painting, sculpture and puppet making.
Having recently delved back into drawing and painting, I’m currently working mainly in acrylic paint, chalk pastels & gouache, as well as a water soluble “Tombo” ink pen which I just love to sketch with.
I’ve also been using the wonders of digital technology to recreate some of my images in new ways – which has given interesting results, and a new dimension to my work.
