HDR Panoramic - Lake Zug, Switzerland by

View in LARGE here.

With the camera on the tripod, it was created from 3 groups of 3 different bracketed exposures, totalling 9 separate photos. Photos were stitched together in photoshop to create three panoramas of different exposures (+1, 0, -1).

These were then opened in photomatix and tonemapped.

This file was then opened in photoshop to apply final processing tweaks (noise reduction and a little vignetting) and saved as jpg for uploading..

Lake Zug (German: Zugersee) is a lake in Central Switzerland, situated between Lucerne and Zurich. At present, it is formed by the Aa, which descends from the Rigi and enters the southern extremity of the lake. The Lorze empties its waters into the lake at its northern extremity, but 1 km (0.6 mi) further west issues from the lake to pursue its course towards the Reuss.

Photograph taken with Nikon D7000, 18-55mm Nikkor lens @ 18mm, iso 100, f/7.1, shutter speed 10/2000.
