If wishes were wings,
how far would I fly?
across many deserts –
to mountain tops high!

If wishes were songs,
what tune would I choose?
I love rock and roll,
but I think it’d be blues…..

If wishes were stories,
non fiction at best;
I’d pick a love story –
to give me some rest

If wishes were angels,
how many there’d be???
to hover and cover me
safely at sea.
