Finally, somedy bought the old house, and our doll has been taken care of and modernized a bit. Still a Victorian lady at heart, she loves to lounge languidly for hours in the garden, with her faithful cat companion

I started with a rough pencil sketch, uploaded it in Photoshop, and with my Wacom tablet, used different brushes and tools, and patterns from 2 fractals of mine. For the cat, I used a stock image in aka-hinoiri gallery on DA and for the fur, nagels brushes series 36

Thank you for the views and favourites. :)

Others from this series

blue sky, cat, doll, dress, garden, headband, lacitrouille, pink flowers, recliner, victorian

I have a deep passion for colour and a need to express my inner joy through visual creations, paintings, drawings and fractals. I’ve been creating since I was a child, and if I manage to induce smiles and pleasure through my work, then my mission is accomplished. Happy viewing!

I’m so glad she escaped from the attic – now she looks like one of those vampish Hollywood screen legends from the 30’s and 40’s. Terrific work – again!

  • Thank you very much Jan for this wonderful comment. :)
