Kyoko Beaumont

Hi! My name is Kyoko. A Japanese teacher in Birmingham. :)
Well… now I live in London, actually.

My passion for photography has been growing since I got my first DSLR Nikon D40x. Ever since, I’ve been a Nikon girl and recently upgraded to a D90.

Close-up shots of flowers are my comfort zone, but I have been working on taking photographs of people. I’m fascinated by the power of people’s eyes to tell a story. I’m still learning, so your advice and encouragement will be much appreciated.

Oh, by the way, I have been creating teaching material by using the images I captured. Please take a look at my YouTube videos especially if you’re interested in learning a bit of Japanese. :)
