Despite losing an eye, the young andalusian x thoroughbred “Sal” is not hindered by her disability, inseed she still lives life to the full.

It is not known how she lost it (it was before she came to us) but she copes very well and is still full of vigor.

She is the daughter of a mare we lost last winter, and the only surviving mare of her mother’s line, we are very fortunate to stumble accross her and bring her into our equine family.

Taken with 12mp DSLR Pentax K-x and converted to black and white

    ‘Sal’, eh???

  • yeah…. 2 days of deliberation and that’s what I came up with lol!!! had to think of something similar to Cill… and if it wasn’t for my neighbor Sally I wouldn’t have had the chance to get her… better yet, she answers to it better than she did Cilla weirdly enough…
