A small herd of horses come stepping out of the dust..
taken with my lil 5mp fuji s500
dust, equine, foal, herd, horse, kurrawinya, penny kittel, sepia
Creative, curious country chick, with a few horses, lazy dog and insane cat in tow! Living the dream in rural Australia, my photos focus on the outback, horses, and the rural way of life… oh and a few pretty flowers along the way!
Cheers! Thanks bud =)

awesome shot Penny!!
Cheers! Thank you so much (hixy?) lol =)
Another awesome capture. Look at those little ones.
Aw thanks so much =)
lol, they are cute as buttons hey, I don’t know how those little legs do such a good job keeping up to their mums =)
Ya I know. I would like to know how they do it myself. Are these wild?
umm… sort of, not really lol, they run as a herd in a very large paddock, and are shifted from time to time I think.. although they are not handled very much at all and certaintly act wild in the sence that they are not the “pat me” types lol.. the foals in this photo hadn’t been touched yet… I’m not real sure on the individual histories of the adult horses..
Love this Penny!!! Gorgeous photography and love the look of fearsome intent on the one on the right!!! She knows exactly where she want to go and she is heading there!!! :_)))) (and love the way her feet are too!!) Fantastic photography Penny!!
Cheer, Thanks so much Vicki =) yeap, they are a determined bunch that lot – and that horse on the right certaitly so! Thanks chickadee =)

Sepia gives it a soft feel considering the paddock they are coming through! The mares are in good nick.
Cheers, thanks Helen =) lol, it is a bit of a contrast to the reality hey..
They sure are in good nick – hay on tap for memory, and i think those one’s had a little bit of bush blood in them too… I can’t remember, that was 18 months ago – too long to remember lol!!
