This is a great shot of Chambord, unfortunately when I visited there was scafolding up, si it wasn’t as clean or as crisp as you have captueed it. You’ve also got a really nice light (afternoon I think?)

Thanks for your comment, Craig. As luck would have it, the entire day we spent roaming the chateaus in Loire was rained out and heavily cloudy. However as we were leaving Chambord, the sun broke through the clouds for like five minutes – just enough for me take the shot. You can see the dark heavy clouds in the background. Talk about luck. And yes, you are spot on. This was taken sometime around 2:30 PM.
