A once in a lifetime photo, Krys! Thank you for sharing the beauty and the grandeur of this remote part of our planet with us. Looking at this photo reminds me of the March of the Penguins documentary. I’m blessed to know someone who saw this first hand! Thanks again!
Thank you Bonnie! We didn’t go as far inland as the Emperor Penguins who featured in the March of the Penguins, but I love Gentoos best anyway. BTW, don’t feel too sorry for those Emperor Penguins battling in the harsh conditions – that is the way of life that they choose (each to their own, eh? ;o) )!!! x
