Flamenco Dance

Caribbean Flamingo (phoenicopterus ruber) having a jolly good splash! He was a bit of a pain as he kept sticking his head under the water (not very elegant) but obviously enough snaps paid off. Birdworld, Surrey, England – 15 April 2009.

Just so beautiful ..I saw one just like this when I was very young in the pond behind the ice house..i feel in love with it then…it was summer and so beautiful with wild flowers abd this 1 Flamingo in the pond..lol dad never believed me..told me you never see Flamingo in Alabama LOL
