Hawk-in-a-Hurry

Hawk-in-a-Hurry

Harris Hawk doing his thing at Liberty’s Raptor and Reptile Centre, Ringwood, Hampshire. Ye gads – snapping birds in flight is a hit or miss art! I just got lucky with this one and got a hit! ;o)

Canon EOS 5D Mk II with Canon EOS 70-200mm L IS f/4 lens handheld (if you want to use a tripod for this sort of thing, then I know a good shrink!) ;o)

I have never said this before on RB, but viewing the larger image is recommended!

I agree that it can be a bit hit and miss Krys but sometimes we can narrow the odds against us and you certainly do that with your experience of this kind of action image, stunning detail for an action image, well done indeed,
