Dona Telva
Fishing Boat “Dona Telva” moored at the remote village of Puerto Aguirre in the region of Aisen in northern Patagonia, Chile. I think this village is like several others along the fragmented southern Chile coast which are accessible only by water. This was shot from a catamaran.

If someone had shown me this photo without any information attached to it, I would have thought it was taken in southern Louisiana. The shrimping villages along our coastal areas look very similar to this one. Love those vibrant colors, that cloud filled sky, and the deep blue waters. Can smell the salt air! l didn´t visit the part of patagonia.. the only two places l saw were Puerto Natale and Punta Arena ! hopefully next time..Love the colors and the sky here.. it looks really nice in the framed print !
