No computer fonts were harmed in the making of this tee. Text and burst were both hand drawn from scratch.
I’m sure this isn’t an original idea for a shirt but I just thought I’d do my own interpretation.

Yeah, all drawn by hand. I used to hand letter my own comics back in the nineties before computer fonts.
I’ll have a fiddle with the white and red and see how it turns out. Thanks!

Personally I like the red – it’s a POW! after all and the red is more dynamic and eye-catching. Nicely done :o)

Red and yellow is classic, yellow on white is egg.
I actually own a pow shirt, but the lettering is nowhere near as explosive as this puppy.

Yeah I tried the white, but the yellow gets a bit lost. So yeah, red’s definitely the way to go.

Instead of the flat colour I’ve added some subtle dots in the background to give it a bit more detail and interest. Let me know what you think.
