The best one I have at the moment, and the one I used for this piece was a Pentel Brushpen. The brush is made of synthetic hairs and has replaceable ink cartridges. It stays at a nice fine point, but at the same time you can get some great dried brush effects with it.

This is 99% brushpen with a few little things like the white hairs on black added digitally.
