Beautiful capture Kristi these guys look very tame while fly fishing i usually get chased with a Friesan bull lol!
Okay, I’m not laughing!!! I have a vision of that bull chasing you! I think the reason they are so tame is we have had them all since they were either just born or just a few months old. Alot of daily interaction has created this relationship. Some of the longhorns don’t act this calm. Winstar is really special and pretty calm…..thank goodness! Thanks for the comments and fave, Roy! Your the best!
Love it!!! I love your photos of the farm and the animals and I so appreciate the fact that yall seem to care so much for them both!! It is truly refreshing to see!! Many times it is just a business and not at all the caring environment that yall seem to have created!! Cudos to you for your hard work, loving spirit and wonderfull captures of it all! Dion:)
Thank you Dion! Your comments are very kind and generous. We do love these, all 14 of them. They are all pets and always will be. It breaks our hearts to see other cattle that don’t have the same life. They really are wonderful animals….very caring, great mothers to their calves and comical. I really appreciate your comments, it means alot!!
This is amazing! I love how you guys care for your animals. It says a lot to me about you as people. Another beautiful image Kristi!
That is the best compliment I could ever ask for! We do love these guys! We sometimes get in over our heads but if we could adopt them all….we would!! My guess is that your the same way when it comes to caring for animals! It is sooo rewarding to care for them! Thank you so much, Kent! Your words are so kind!
When I saw “longhorn” in the photo title I knew this had to be your photo! Nice longhorn portrait! I’ll have to post my photo of longhorns in Frisco with a skyscraper background. Only in Texas!
Would love to see that photo! I have a sister that lives in Frisco! Thanks for the kind words on this image! I really appreciate the support!
