Lol… I find it interesting theat they were using hypno spirals in 65… I thought that was something that took off in 66.But coming to think of it I do seem to recall some footage videos from shows like Top of The Pops in Britain that had that kinda liquid lamp effect going on and spirals… even as far back as 64 or so,,, I think in the US though it was more the likes of Ed Sullivan who introduced new Acts… Was it not his show that Joni pased up Woodstock to be on as it was pre-arranged by her manager… perhaps Johnny Carson… I don’t recall..
