Hey everyone!

I’d like to encourage those that live in the South East Queensland and Northern New South Whales regions of Australia to visit the King’s Easter Arts Festival from March 31 to April 1 2009. This year’s theme is “Freedom”.

2009 will see the 8th Annual Easter Arts Festival at King’s College. It is a community festival that offers both established and emerging artists the opportunity to display their works to the Gold Coast public, while at the same time giving the community a taste of Easter.

The Festival has two major elements.

• The main art exhibition is held in the King’s Auditorium, which makes an ideal gallery. Student works are also displayed in the surrounding areas.

• Music, dance and drama performances are held in the King’s outdoor performance amphitheatre. The program consists of a combination of excellent student work and external performers.
