Hi Karly, I’m so pleased you commented on some of my images because now I have discovered yours as well! :) I must say I ‘connected’ with pretty much all of your shots – you really have a great photographic ‘eye’. I guess I especially liked this one as my father was an owner-classer as was I. You have captured this beautifully here – composition is excellent as is the colour. Looking forward to what more you may have in store for us :))
Aww, don’t you hate that strike-thru. Apparently it happens when you use a smiley in certain combinations. Anyway I just wanted to add that this would make a great image for a card if it were available…

Looking at this image I can almost feel the texture of the wool. A wonderful memory for you to have of your Dad.
this is beautiful. i love the soft fluffy wool against the texture of your dad’s hands. this almost brings a tear to my eye…my dad and his shearing shed are on the other side of australia
