I got featured three times today, and it’s the first time I have had my work featured. Twice in Cute and Creepy Illustrations, and one in Halloween! This has made my day.

I’m glad people are enjoying my creations, I’ll try not to let you down.

I decided to revamp my redbubble page and add some button links to social websites. I must say I’m quite pleased with the results.

As most have noticed I have finally chosen a brand logo for my designs, it took me a long time to decide on one, but I believe I chose wisely (not like that guy in the Indiana Jones movie…he chose poorly…then his face melted… what a great movie…

So just days after posting my original “Ear for Music” design a challenge was created for a music oriented tee. Perfect timing. I have revised my design (now called An Ear for Music ) and accepted the challenge. I hope to be posting again with good news.

Well today is the fifth day that I have been unable to upload any images, they just keep coming up as black rectangles. I am starting to wonder if it is just me. I think it is time I contacted someone, any suggestions?

I was inspired recently and had an art attack. All of the sudden it was as if my mind wouldn’t shut off, and all of these ideas started to roll in. I sketched them all out in my book and am in the process of digitizing and posting them. Finally! I have felt so uncreative as of late, it’s nice to be able to sketch without forcing the ideas to paper.

I have been super busy with exams crashing down, I’ve actually spent two nights writing papers instead of sleeping. Also I’ve been working on my new blog, hopefully more art to come soon. I still have to get my StarWars concepts up.

I am so happy that I was finally able to get some more art up on the site. I sat in a coffee shop and did some more designs (which I still have to scan in, hope you guys like Star Wars), then I went for a walk and took a couple of pictures too. All in all, it was a very artful day.

I want nothing more than to be working on my art, yet I am a student first. After an overhaul in my life I decided to go back to school and am finishing my third of six years. My goal is to obtain my BA in English and BEd so that I can teach. Due to a long drawn out strike at my university I am still not done this school year.
