My second attempt at colour pencils, this is also the first time I,ve ever drawn a leopard and omg it was difficult! Drawn on smooth paper with Derwent coloured pencil it measures 450mm x 320mm. So far this drawing have had 724 views.

    Ah thanks Nicole thats a really nice comment! I’m still trying to get to grips with the whole colour thing, it’s much harder than graphite pencil but I suppose that with a bit of practice I’ll get used to it! =)

    Thanks for your comments, but I really can’t take the praise for the photo that I drew this from! I purchased a license for the image so I could draw it without worrying about copyright infringement etc. Glad you like it though! =)

    I love the fact that it could look like a photograph, but you can still tell it is a colored pencil drawing. I prefer art that does not look like a photograph and think its important you can tell a difference. Just my humble opinion and congrats on all your features. They are well deserved and it is incredible. The title is the icing on the cake : )
