There are some rather notable benefits of using digital cameras. Namely, the savings in time developing the pictures. In only one day, you can have a picture ready for print. Wait, ... didn’t that only use to take an hour before.?? Hmmmmmmmm

An hour if you have a mini-lab in your living room, otherwise add travel time. And to prevent wasting film, wait until you’ve shot a whole roll before taking it to be developed. And if the exposure or focus isn’t quite right, shoot another roll and take it back to the mini-lab. Aaah, the good old days :-)
