Along the north-eastern coast of Bornholm you can find these stone monuments. They were erected to mark several graves from the Bronze Age (1,700 – 1,000 B.C.).
Relics even older have been found here, amongst others flint tools dated to 7,500 – 5,500 B.C., indicating that a society of hunters was living here several thousands of years ago.
