This was taken at a lodge we stayed at (the name of which escapes me atm) about 5,000ft above sea level on the blue mountain, which had no electricity and so was lit by oil lamps. It was an incredible atmosphere very moody- especially considering it was a 200 year old timber property built by English landowners! From this lodge we hiked the last 2002 ft up the mountain to the peak at 1.30am through the cloud nd heavy rain to see the sunrise (which we didn’t get to see, though we did reach the peak).
