BIO OF KELLY MAREE LUCKMAN
KMAREE PHOTOGRAPHY

My name is Kelly Maree Luckman and my passion is photography.

I have been interested in photos my whole life and after travelling around the world for 6 months in 2004, I was keen to learn a lot more about it because I was seeing some amazing things and not capturing it the way I wanted to.

I settled in London for 2 years and won a competition through TNT magazine and was lucky enough to win a photography course with renowned British photographer, Nigel Wilson.

I then travelled the world for another 6 months, taking photos at every opportunity and improving my skills. Once I learnt the basics, my passion took over and I’ve now captured the essence of every place I’ve been to exactly how I wanted to.

I was lucky to secure a month in a feature gallery at the Lounge Room Gallery, Red Hill. I hope to have my pictures in many more galleries and open my own photography gallery one day. Until then, there’s so much more travelling to do and so many more photos to take. I leave again to go around the world on 5 Nov 2007.

I know i’ll be taking photos for the rest of my life and hope you will enjoy looking at my ‘light drawings’ and maybe have one in your place to enjoy for the rest of your life.
