Nr portmierion, Wales UK, April 2011
This is taken from the path looking across the beach that flows alongside Portmierion, I was looking down from the a incline heading to the woodlens walks.
Just loved the expanse of snad and the streaks of sea water left behind.

    brilliant ‘landscape with water’ karen!!

  • Thank you Nadine a hidden treasure form my Wales trip, just looking through my images from there and found this. Just liked the streaks of water and since reading the discussion area thought it might fit.

A fascinating scene, Karen. You have composed this beautifully and I like how the humans in the image give a sense of scale…

Great scale in this Karen, love the bands of silver water stretched out over the beach and those people couldn’t be better placed if you tried.

lovely ribbons of water and what a great sense of scale the comparatively teeny people add to the landscape
