Pale pink Tulips just doing there thing hanging over the vase.

Canon compact camera powershot A1300Is

Slight crop in photoshop CS3 to remove greenary from the left hand side.

worked in Efex pro 3 colour, Tonal contrast layer to lift petal texture. Then glamour glow to soften the image and then a fog layer at 24% that I have not used to make it less strong.

Low light as in dinning room, hand held,Macro setting. No flash

A Magpie when it comes to photography I capture anything and everything that captures my eye and lens. A beginner in this field I love how the ordinary becomes less ordinary.

Love it – total fave!! This would make a gorgeous print/canvas you know!! Love all the treatment you have done as well! Really beautiful :D

  • Hi Pam oh thank you ever so much just loved the heads bending over and just had to capture them. Must admit the processing did not take long to do just seemed to come together.

gorgeous! I haven’t found a use for the fog filter myself but it is very effective here, karen – this looks like a beautiful still life to me!!

  • Thank you Nadine i was just playing about and tried the Fog filter and it just added a little layer of like looking through unclear glass interesting as you do not need it high up but does interesting things to the image.

I have to say I am rather pleased with this one, think too processed for the challenge.
