This wonderful metal front belongs to a front of a steam engine. What a beautiful bit of metal work set into the blue. How could I not capture it.
It was only after I uploaded it I noticed it was either a C or a G depending how you looked at it.

Nikon D90 18-105VR lens
Low natural light, work shed lights.

Hand held, Ap, WB auto and ISO. Procesed slightly in efex pro 3 colour.

A Magpie when it comes to photography I capture anything and everything that captures my eye and lens. A beginner in this field I love how the ordinary becomes less ordinary.

Fabulous capture, Karen. That blue is so striking! I’m voting for “G”!

  • Thank you Wendi well peopels are seeing all sorts of things in the metal swirls on the end. I now see a Peacocks head about to drink from a flower LOl

    Lovely colours and light Karen!

  • Thank you ever so much Shaun, the light came from a roof light if I recall as this was inside the steam train huts.

Maybe a “G” … be careful I had a whole collection of Owls start from a “discussion” as to whether a small object I was given as a present was an owl or a cat!!!! Great image Karen.

  • Hi JUde, so lovey to see you. SoI will take notice and be careful what i say do not want to get it too heated if it is a C or G, but we can now see hens and peacocks in the end of the swirls to the fun just continues. :)
