Holey Stones

Karen Betts

Harleston, United Kingdom

Artist's Description

Taken in Simons courtyard back garden 11.7.09 at 18.10

I have a love of pebbles and even more so stones with holes in. When ever I go to the beach in southwold Suffolk I am on the look out for a pebble with a hole in and have to always try to find one.
When I bring them home I string them onto a wire and hang them in my garden and watch my collection grow.
Since I have been with Simon he know has his own holey Pebbles strand as I always try to find one to give to him as a reminder of a day out together, and he returns the favour. : )
