Strength be within, Ely Catherdral Cambridgshire by

Ely catherdral,Ely cambridgeshire Uk

This is Ely catherdral, and the clock tower is where the main front entrance is to this most inspiring, beautiful and all handcrafted work by man, taking over 100 years to create. There is beautiful stained glass windows, impressive views from the roofs, and so much to see inside, and althou it has lots of tourists it presence with in is still a house of god with hourly prayers read out.

I did not like the colour version of the image just could not get my colour balance right,so i was going to delete the image but thought i would just play around with it in b&W and this is what appeared. I just love the clouds coming forth across the sky just has a feeling about it, but i cannot put my finger on it, possiably you can. But i liked it and so have kept it.

Hi Karen are you Simon and Grace going to the RB meet in London on the 12th December?

  • Hi Gary I am afraid not this time, Grace works on a saturday, and I do not know what Simon is working. By then I will be shattered as last week at school so this time will have to give it a miss, hopefully next year can go on a RB meet. would be great fun are you going?
