Artist's Description

Taken 20.3.09 around my local country lanes
As i have walked around my country lanes just outside my town i am always surprised on what i find, sometimes it is a beautiful white feather trapped on a branch peeling bark off a silver Birch and sometimes it is where man has been and left his mark on nature and our world. I find this intriguing but also sad, but also interesting to photograph.
So this is a the first of a few I will upload under the series Man and Nature,
Squashed flat by either a car or a foot this was nestled on a grass bank by the side of a freshly tiled field.
