The Chinese National Aquatic Center, also known as the WaterCube lit at night. Each bubble is made of a special material that makes the building eco-friendly; light-weight, makes use of sunlight both for light and heating the building and the pool water and relatively low maintenance in Beijing’s harsh climate. Really an amazing structure.

This is post card perfect, excellent glow! Did you get to see some events?

  • Thanks for the comment. We went to see swimming there back in February. We have 5 sets of tickets for the Olympics, but no swimming or diving.
