And does the sign say, “No bicycle parking!”? I’m sure it doesn’t—there would be a punishment that would make it very prohibitive to park there. Excellent photo with selective color.

Thanks for your comment. Red signs like that are hung for Chinese New Year. They usually talk about good fortune and spring arriving.
