The Nippo Maru a Japanese cargo ship, was sunk on the 17th February 1944 during the US attack at Truk Lagoon. She lies 165ft/50m deep in the anchorage east of Dublon. This armoured battle tank is stowed on the port side deck, the gun turret is missing.
