I am deeply concerned about environment, wildlife, and animal welfare, feeling a strong commitment to leaving the planet in better shape for new generations. Therefore, I support a number of charities that reflect those interests.

I have a degree in English and Library Science, but if I had my life to live over, I would have loved to have been a photographer, writer, and/or National Park ranger.

I like the way the ship is backlit, yet not thrown into silhouette. Well done.

  • Thanks, Kratos! With the tender being tossed around, it wasn’t easy to shoot.

  • Thank you so much for the link. Although I have brochures and a video on the building of this beautiful ship, This information is wonderful. I’ve been on her twice…first in the Carribean, and then in the Mediterranean. Being on her is quite an experience. If it weren’t for my bad knees, I’d have climbed her mast, but I’ll leave that to younger folk.
