I think that there comes a time in every photographers career where they are really excited by the light. Sometimes I can be seen literally screaming at the sky when I shoot (not kidding!) Other times I feel just like crying almost lol This was one of those times when I was super excited. Photographed at Cherry Creek State Park, Colorado. The sun was starting to crest the horizon and in doing so it lit up the trees with this brilliant saturated light…an amazing scene as it hit the Autumn Cottonwood’s in their peak colors. I loved the contrast going on here; the deep legendary blue skies of Colorado, the Fall trees and the fresh frost in the foreground. Fun times!
